Greetings Doll Friends!!
As I mentioned in a prior post one of my daughter and my favorite places to shop together is the Omaha Mega-Market. I also mentioned that yesterday I spent a lot of time sorting and organizing my doll room...
Low and behold what did I find in my doll closet, quite forgotten about, was this "Be My Girl" 18inch doll Dance Fashion Play set I'd found at Karen's Toys And More booth there a while ago and set aside to 'open and review later'... And apparently forgot all about.
As you can see, the set was still new in the box and just as cute as can be. She was having a sale that day and so it was only marked $3.00!! Score!
This is the top of the box.
Here we have the beautiful Sonali modeling the set for us. With just a regular wall mirror and one of my small doll floors I was able to make a little Dance Studio right next to her bedroom. How posh!
The little ballet barre is neat because it comes apart and can be stored flat. It's a little bit on the light weight size and there's no chance it would help a doll stand at all but it's a cute prop for photos and would make a great play accessory!
In this photo (above) I added the little DIY Hurricane Lamps by the mirror as 'stage lamps' and think they look pretty cute. So if you come across this cute little set in your travels, Do pick it up!
I also mentioned in that post that I spent yesterday re-organizing the doll room. So now, as you can see, I have a 'deeper' amount of space for the doll room and I could feasibly set up a small living room area where the dance studio is now. It has a very great room feel to it now and I love it. What do you think? What kind of rooms would you like to see? I need to set up The Sweet Shoppe again soon too because Valentine's Day is on the way and treats will need to be purchased! Right?
Better run! Almost time to get ready for church!
Have a great Sunday!
